Hall Rewards Rules and Regulations

  1. Official program start date is November 1, 2017
  2. Hall may change Hall Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or levels for awards in “Points” (accrued units that can be redeemed toward select future transactions in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions at a conversion rate specified below) or “Credits” (stated in dollar amounts that can be accrued and redeemed toward select future transactions in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions), in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the Points or Credits already accumulated. Hall may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Point or Credit redemption, or increase the Point or Credit rate at any time. Hall has the final say as to whether a product qualifies for Hall Rewards Point or Credit redemption.
  3. Hall has the right to terminate the Hall Rewards program at any time. In accordance with the notice provisions set forth in this document, in the event of termination, any and all accrued Points/Credits will be forfeited.
  4. Members earn points and/or credits by making qualified purchases of products or services as more specifically described below:

    Points

    1. Each Point is worth $.01 toward qualifying future purchases from any Hall location.
    2. Points are earned by making qualified purchases of products and services only at our dealerships. These qualified purchases are:
      1. New or used vehicle purchases
      2. Customer paid service/parts transactions
      3. Body Shop transactions
      4. Over the counter parts purchases
    3. Points are earned in the following amounts:
      1. 10,000 points for any vehicle purchase
      2. 5 points for every dollar spent on customer-paid service/parts transactions (excluding sublet work) at a Hall service center.
      3. 1 point for every dollar spent on customer-paid sublet/third party transactions (designated on the Repair Order) at a Hall service center.
      4. 1 point for every dollar spent on any paid in full and completed body shop transaction.
    4. Hall reserves the right to award promotional bonus points from time to time at its sole discretion.
    5. The following military statuses are eligible for 500 Bonus Hall Rewards Points for every customer paid service purchase and contingent on presentation of military ID or credentials.
      1. Active US Military
      2. Members of the United States Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program
      3. United States Veterans
      4. United States Military Retirees
      5. United States Military Medically Retired Personnel
      6. Spouse/Surviving Spouse of any of the above
      7. Eligible Dependents of any of the above
    6. Points cannot be earned on the following transactions:
      1. Repairs completed under warranty
      2. Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
      3. Fleet vehicle purchases (defined as vehicles purchased by a federal, state or local government entity)
      4. Taxes, fees, and surcharges
    7. Hall reserves the right to determine final Points awarded.
    8. Points may not be redeemed on the following transactions:
      1. Lease buyouts
      2. Repairs completed under warranty
      3. Body Shop transactions
      4. Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
      5. Rental vehicle services
      6. Taxes, fees, and surcharges
    9. Points earned in service, parts or body shop will be available for redemption the following business day. Points earned in sales will be available for redemption 15 business days following your vehicle
    10. purchase.
    11. All redemptions of Hall Rewards Points are issued through Hall Rewards on behalf of Hall.
    12. Member must make a purchase at a Hall location and activate their Hall Rewards account before redeeming Points.
    13. In order to redeem, member must provide their Hall Rewards member number and valid I.D. at time of purchase.
    14. Hall Rewards points have no cash value.
    15. Point amount award levels are subject to change at any time in accordance with the notice provisions set forth in this document.
    16. The sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Hall Rewards Points for compensation is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these rules, as determined by Hall in its sole judgement, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all Points and/or Credits accrued.
    17. Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges for products or services purchased.

    Body Shop Credits:

    1. Hall Rewards members earn a $25 Body Shop Credit after each paid service transaction at a Hall Service Center (including service transactions paid by a third party).
    2. Body Shop Credits can only be applied toward the member’s out of pocket deductible on a Body Shop transaction covered by the member’s auto insurance.
    3. The redemption of Body Shop Credits on a single transaction is limited to the lesser of $500 or the member’s out of pocket deductible expense related to the repair.
    4. All redemptions of Body Shop Credits are issued through Hall Rewards on behalf of Hall.
    5. The redemption of Body Shop Credits may be limited or prohibited by the Member’s insurance carrier. Member is responsible for verifying that their carrier allows for redemption of Body Shop Credits before attempting to redeem.
    6. Member must complete a Body Shop transaction that results in the member having to pay an out of pocket deductible expense in accordance with their auto insurance policy.
    7. In order to redeem Body Shop Credits, member must provide their Hall Rewards member number and valid I.D. at time of purchase.
    8. Body Shop Credits have no cash value.
    9. Body Shop Credit amount award levels are subject to change at any time without notice
    10. The sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Body Shop Credits for compensation is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these rules, as determined by Hall in its sole judgement, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all Points and/or Credits accrued.
    11. Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges for products or services purchased.
    12. Body Shop Credits will be available for redemption the following business day after the repair order is paid in full and closed.
  5. Points/Credits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with vehicle manufacturer rewards and offers.
  6. Credits are not transferrable. Points can be transferred between Hall Rewards members pursuant to Hall Rewards procedures and processes. Once Points have been transferred they are no longer available to the previous member. Transferred Points expire one (1) year from the date of transfer.
  7. Points and Credits will expire after one (1) year from date earned if account is not activated. Consistent with the general rules and regulations of Hall Rewards, Hall reserves the right to revise or terminate Hall Rewards at any time. If no Point/Credit amount from any source is posted to a Hall Rewards member's account for three consecutive years, the account is subject to termination, including the immediate forfeiture of all accrued Points/Credits. Once the account is activated, (i) Points (with the exception of transferred points) expire five (5) years from the date earned and (ii) Credits have no expiration date
  8. Hall reserves the right to award promotional Points/ Credits through special offers available to Hall Rewards members based on activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
  9. All Point/Credit amounts and subsequent redemptions must be earned and used according to program terms and conditions. Hall has the final say as to whether an activity qualifies for earning and/or redeeming Hall Rewards points/credits.
  10. Hall reserves the right to cease mailing or emailing materials to any Hall Rewards member who has not accumulated any Point or Credit amount for a 60-day period.
  11. Abuse of the Hall Rewards program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of award redemptions and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct), as determined by Hall in its' sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all Points/Credits accrued.
  12. Hall reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in the program terms and conditions. All determinations by Hall shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  13. The data furnished to Hall may be used to bring Hall Rewards members relevant and valuable offers from Hall locations. A member can contact the Hall Rewards hotline at 1-833-242-5563 if they do not wish to use it for this purpose.

Enrollment

  1. Hall Rewards is open to any individual, upon enrollment completion, with a mailing address in North America or in any country that has not prohibited participation in points programs, with the exception of countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.   2. In order to participate, a member must activate their Hall Rewards account via email, online or at a participating Hall location.
  3. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
  4. Only one person may be enrolled per Hall Rewards account. An individual may have only one account and that must be in his/her legal name. Membership will be listed under the participant's full name including title (Mr., Ms., etc.) and middle initial.
  5. Membership is non-transferable, and each member will receive a unique Hall Rewards account PIN number.
  6. Retroactive credit will not be given for purchases made prior to enrollment.

Notice

  1. Hall reserves the right to change Hall Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or levels for awards in Points or Credits, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to members.
  2. Hall reserves the right to terminate the Hall Rewards program at its sole discretion at any time without notice to members. In the event of program termination, the ability for members to earn Points and Credits will immediately cease.
  3. Any members that have an accumulated balance of Points or Credits will be notified of program termination via email (at the address associated with the member’s account). These members will have ninety (90) days from the date of the email to redeem any accumulated Points or Credits in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, after which all unredeemed Points or Credits will be forfeited.

What information does the Hall Rewards collect and how do we use it?

When you enroll in Hall Rewards, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Home phone number
  • Hall Transaction History
  • Vehicle Information

We use your personal information for a variety of purposes, including targeting specific customers for special offers. We do not collect credit card information.

When you send us an email, we will retain the content of the email, your email address, our response and the text of any follow-up questions you may have. We use this information to measure how effectively we address customer concerns online.

How is my information protected?

Hall Rewards uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher along with other popular browsers to protect your personal information.

SSL encrypts your, name, address, and phone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

With whom do you share my information?

When you enroll in Hall Rewards, we use the information you provide to keep track of the Hall Rewards Points/Credits you earn, and present relevant offers. We will also, from time to time, keep you informed of Hall special deals and other information we feel may be of interest to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

How do I tell Hall Rewards that I don't want to be contacted for promotional purposes?

As a Member of Hall Rewards, you have the option to receive updates from the Hall Rewards Program about special offers, new Hall services and noteworthy news. You still start receiving this information upon activation of your Hall Rewards account. If you decide you would rather not receive these emails, you can always contact Hall Rewards at 1-833-242-5563 or update your online profile.
