Hall Rewards Rules and Regulations

  1. Hall has the right to terminate the Hall Rewards points program at any time.
  2. Hall may change Hall Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or points levels for awards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Hall may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award redemption, or increase the point rate at any time. Hall has the final say as to whether a product qualifies for Hall Rewards award redemption.
  3. Official program start date is November 1st, 2017.
  4. Each point is worth $.01 toward future purchases from any Hall location.
  5. Points are earned by making qualified purchases of products and services only at our dealerships. These qualified purchases are:
    1. New or used vehicle purchases
    2. Customer pay service purchases
    3. Body shop repairs
    4. Over the counter parts purchases
  6. Points cannot be earned on the following transactions:
    1. Repairs completed under warranty
    2. Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
    3. Fleet vehicle purchases (defined as a vehicle purchased by a federal, state or local government entity)
    4. Taxes, fees, and surcharges

    Hall reserves the right to determine final points awarded.

  7. Points may not be redeemed on the following transactions:
    1. Lease buyouts
    2. Third party or sublet repairs
    3. Repairs completed under warranty
    4. Body shop repairs funded by third parties, including insurance companies
    5. Warranty, finance or insurance product purchases
    6. Rental vehicle services
    7. Taxes, fees, and surcharges
  8. Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with vehicle manufacturer rewards and offers.
  9. Points cannot be redeemed by employees in conjunction with an employee purchase plan.
  10. Points can be transferred between Hall Rewards members pursuant to Hall Rewards procedures and processes. Once points have been transferred they are no longer available to the previous member. Transferred points expire 1 year from the date of transfer.
  11. Points (with the exception of transferred points) expire after 5 years. Consistent with the general rules and regulations of Hall Rewards, Hall reserves the right to revise or terminate Hall Rewards at any time without notice, including imposition of expiration limits. If no point amount from any source is posted to a Hall Rewards member's account for three consecutive years, the account is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
  12. Hall reserves the right to award promotional points through special offers available to Hall Rewards members based on activity, geographic location, program participation, or information supplied by the member.
  13. All point amounts and subsequent award redemptions must be earned and used according to program terms and conditions. Hall has the final say as to whether an activity qualifies for earning and/or redeeming Hall Rewards points.
  14. Hall reserves the right to cease mailing or emailing materials to any Hall Rewards member who has not accumulated any point amount for a 60-day period.
  15. Abuse of the Hall Rewards program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of award redemptions and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct), as determined by Hall in its' sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member's account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all points accrued.
  16. Hall reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in the program terms and conditions. All determinations by Hall shall be final and conclusive in each case.
  17. Points earned in service, parts or body shop will be available for redemption the following business day. Points earned in sales will be available for redemption 10 business days following your vehicle purchase.
  18. The data furnished to Hall may be used to bring Hall Rewards members relevant and valuable offers from Hall locations. A member can contact the Hall Rewards hotline at 1-833-242-5563 if they do not wish to use it for this purpose.


  1. Hall Rewards is open to any individual, upon enrollment completion, with a mailing address in North America or in any country that has not prohibited participation in points programs, with the exception of countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.
  2. In order to participate, a member must activate their Hall Rewards account via email, online or at a participating Hall location. Click here to enroll online
  3. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
  4. Only one person may be enrolled per Hall Rewards account. An individual may have only one account and that must be in his/her legal name. Membership will be listed under the participant's full name including title (Mr., Ms., etc.) and middle initial.
  5. Membership is non-transferable, and each member will receive a unique Hall Rewards account PIN number.
  6. Retroactive credit will not be given for purchases made prior to enrollment.
  7. To enroll, simply visit any Hall location for your next service or vehicle purchase. You’ll be automatically enrolled at that time. If you are not planning to visit Hall in the near future, you may enroll by clicking here.

Redeeming Points for Hall Rewards

  1. All redemptions are issued through Hall Rewards on behalf of Hall.
  2. Member must make a purchase at a Hall location before receiving award redemption.
  3. In order to redeem, member must provide their Hall Rewards member number, PIN number and valid I.D. at time of purchase.
  4. Hall Rewards points have no cash value.
  5. Point amount award levels are subject to change at any time without notice.
  6. The sale, purchase, brokerage, resale, barter or exchange of Hall Rewards points for compensation is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these rules, as determined by Hall in its sole judgement, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeiture of all points accrued.
  7. Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges for products or services purchased.

What information does the Hall Rewards collect and how do we use it?

When you enroll in Hall Rewards, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Home phone number
  • Hall Transaction History
  • Vehicle Information

We use your personal information for a variety of purposes, including targeting specific customers for special offers. We do not collect credit card information.

When you send us an email, we will retain the content of the email, your email address, our response and the text of any follow-up questions you may have. We use this information to measure how effectively we address customer concerns online.

How is my information protected?

Hall Rewards uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher along with other popular browsers to protect your personal information.

SSL encrypts your, name, address, and phone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

With whom do you share my information?

When you enroll in Hall Rewards, we use the information you provide to keep track of the Hall Rewards points you earn, and present relevant offers. We will also, from time to time, keep you informed of Hall special deals and other information we feel may be of interest to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

How do I tell Hall Rewards that I don't want to be contacted for promotional purposes?

As a Member of Hall Rewards, you have the option to receive updates from the Hall Rewards Program about special offers, new Hall services and noteworthy news. You still start receiving this information upon activation of your Hall Rewards account. If you decide you would rather not receive these emails, you can always contact Hall Rewards at 1-833-242-5563 or update your online profile.
